We are in Eclipse Time!

The Pisces Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday September 17^thwas a taste of Pisces/Virgo Axis for the next 18 months of Eclipses in 2025/26. How did you experience the Pisces Lunation? I had a few clients comment on that period of random gifts, (physical or emotional) show up, nothing extraordinary but special to them and they didn’t see it coming. A Harvest moon.

Pisces positive highlights are the need for compassion, focusing on spirituality and having faith that we are on the right path. Going with the flow and allowing change to create positive outcomes. A very hopeful & positive energy. Of course, to balance, we know the opposite of those feelings can be anxiety, delusion, overwhelm and escapism. Eclipses involve the temporary disappearance of the Sun or Moon, so they can signal unexpected change or reversals in a birth chart that is aspected to a particular Eclipse.

Pisces Lunar Eclipse September 17, 2024

A Harvest Supermoon Lunar Eclipse! This Lunar Eclipse will be a partial which can be viewed from Finland, Ukraine, Turkey, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia and Kenya.

The next Total Lunar Eclipse in North America will be on March 14^th 2025 at 23 degrees Virgo.

The Pisces Full Moon in September is a favorite of mine…. the seasons in North America start to be felt and seen. Warm days with the light fading earlier in the afternoon and cooler nights. The Moon is considered the translator of light, because of its fast movement it carries energy from one planet to another. During Eclipse season we can experience change through beginnings or endings, Solar Eclipses (New Moon) tend to be seed moments and more external energies and events. The Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) resonates with completions of a cycle, tidal energy, more emotional and internal. Do new beginnings come after endings or endings create a new beginning? Pisces keyword is “I feel”

Eclipses can change our situation in an instant, with its wild card, sometimes unpredictable energy. The word Eclipse can mean to block out, like the obscuring of one celestial body by another, or to be hidden. It can also mean to surpass, transcend, outshine, outmatch or master a situation if it is used as a verb. Not every Eclipse will produce something meaningful, but researching how Eclipse seasons through our lives have unfolded new chapters is fascinating.

Pisces in general feels its way through by merging with its environment, seeking to find a peaceful space. A water sign that rules the ocean, and loves to dissolve into the energy of nature. Pisces is intuitive by feeling the subtle nuances that it encounters, shifting gears to blend with others as it goes about its own business. Naturally reclusive and content to find its own pace. Not fond of boundaries it charts its course through feelings that become the fish’s compass. That compass can lead too far in one direction causing a course correction and a change occurs. The duality and mutability of Pisces. Similar to the ebb and flow of the tides.

On a Pisces Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse we know we are at the brightest part of the lunation, heightened emotions are classic reactions to this energy, positively or negatively. The Full Moon at the time of Eclipse has separated from Saturn in Pisces, feeling the responsibilities or expectations put on it by others. Something is fleeting but serious at the moment. Maybe a test of maturity, that can be understood in time and forgiven. Mature Pisces reflection and compassion is unmatched. Saturn in Pisces is opposite to Mercury in Virgo, requiring us to pause and give some serious thought to a situation. What needs clarification? What details did we miss? What words have not been spoken?

The Full Moon applies by sextile (excites and engages) to Uranus Taurus adding a feeling of awakening the changes you’d hoped for, with a little extra effort. The Pisces Full Moon has two rulers, Jupiter the traditional ruler and Neptune the modern ruler. They are both connected to this Eclipse, describing the translation of light that the Moon energy carries. Neptune in Pisces is 3 degrees away from Eclipse degree, meaning they conjoin shortly after Eclipse. Moon/Neptune contacts can heighten sensitivities, a highly intuitive timeframe. It can also create misunderstandings by misinterpreting moods, communications may be unclear.

The Full Moon/Eclipse will also be separating from a square to Jupiter in Gemini, you may have learned a lot about the area in your life that Gemini rules (House placement) The Moon in Pisces feels and Jupiter in Gemini thinks expansively or exaggerates that feeling, are you more generous with your communications? Are your feelings well received? Are you optimistic about moving forward with what you’ve learned or possibly ready to emotionally explore a new chapter? This Pisces Lunar Eclipse may highlight these ideas.

New Lunar year of Dragon & New Moon in Aquarius

Today is the New Moon in Aquarius, here on the East Coast of Massachusetts, we finally are seeing some sunshine and blue skies…..fresh energy. Perfect timing.

February 9th The Aquarius New Moon is exact around 5:57PM in square aspect to Uranus in Taurus….Square energy has a feeling of friction,conflict or stress encouraging us to act or do something to alleviate the discomfort.Squares help us get unstuck and move ahead. New Moons are symbolic of the dark quiet Moon, completing the past lunation cycle and starting to look ahead by planting new ideas. Maybe you have started something new today, that you weren’t sure of how it would turn out? Uranus can awaken us to a different level, shake us out of stagnancy and inspire new paths. The Square aspect from Uranus to this Aquarian New Moon, gives an added unexpected or unusual flip to the day.Plans or ideas can change on a dime, in hindsight, the change can turn out to be a good thing! .

Future goals are baked into the Aquarian New Moon, which is also the start of the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Dragon!! Dragons are a mythical beast, this year be open to opportunity and magic.I’m sure we have some Dragon Year people tuning in,this is a big reset for you!

February 13thMars enters Aquarius and conjoins Pluto at 00 Aquarius,these two planets can bring a strong action and intensity to whatever you are doing.Aquarius has an independent energy that may clash a bit with other agendas, be mindful on this day that everyone is feeling the rush.Same day~Neptune in Pisces sextile Venus in Capricorn,can support the urge to indulge in escapism. To sidestep the Mars/Pluto dynamic, by tuning into music, movies,nature, romance ect. Finding peace in a storm kind of feeling.

February 16th Venus enters Aquarius and conjoins Pluto at 00 Aquarius. When Pluto & Venus meet up the intensity rises and relationships can feel this, for better or worse.It can highlight the ebb & flow of finances, something very helpful entering or a debt coming to collect.
