We started the 2024 Eclipse Season with a (South Node) Lunar Eclipse March 25th at 5 degrees of Libra.
A Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon ruled by Venus in Pisces and in a relational sign of Libra highlights the energy around our connections with other people. The Lunar Eclipse loosely Trine to Pluto in Aquarius may have brought more focus and authentic depth of feelings to the Libra Moon. A period of reorientation, evolving or adapting to changes that eclipses can bring. Author of “The Eagle and the Lark” Bernadette Brady states “One of the difficulties when reckoning with Eclipses is that they appear to be very inconsistent in their expression. They tend to be stressful, as they can suddenly expose a hidden problem” We do know the Eclipse season can bring wildcards and changes in cycles of big beginnings and endings. The position of where the Eclipses land in our own charts hints at clues in the arena (Houses) where we may feel changes happening.
When an Eclipse falls on Angles of the chart, we know it will be more prominent.

April 8th (North Node) New Moon Total Solar Eclipse at 19 degrees of Aries, is conjunct Chiron Wounded Healer at 19 degrees Aries.
Solar Eclipses can create awareness around unfinished business, getting honest with ourselves and sowing seeds of intention to create something new. What do you want? Aries thrives on instinct, fresh starts, moving forward and taking initiative. Aries is ruled by Mars in Pisces at this Solar Eclipse, the power of Mars is a bit diffused and slower to act, in the water sign Pisces. Changes may come from needing clarity first, closing an account or confronting a situation before getting that unfinished business settled. Aries can be impatient and want change immediately. Chiron in Aries is part of this Solar Eclipse, remembering past wounds concerning the self may be still lingering in the Aries area of the chart, where the Eclipse falls. When Venus & Neptune meet up, we can feel a romantic, dreamy vibe to the day. They resonate harmonious and compatible energies. Spiritual, loving and forgiving. Creative projects can get inspired from this combo, using beautiful visuals or language to get your point across. A good day to do something selfless for the ones you love, they will feel it.
April 4th Venus enters Aries-Venus in the sign of the warrior! Finding pleasure in challenges and physical movement. Venus in a fire sign can be impulsive and forward with Venusian desires. April 10th Mars conjunct Saturn in Pisces 14 degrees-Typically when Saturn the slow-moving planet of consequence meets Mars the fast planet forward motion, it can feel a bit frustrating. The common astrological idea is trying to drive (Mars) with the parking brake (Saturn) on. We can also use this energy to do disciplined work that takes a lot of concentrated focus. Mars and Saturn are in Pisces, adaptability and remaining flexible as the day moves along will assist with any delays.
April 17-20th Mars sextile Jupiter/Uranus Conjunction
Mars in Pisces is ruled by Jupiter, making an exciting connection to the combination of Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus. Mars can open up activities, create an advantage and get inspiration through sudden connections in line with your personal vision. Uranus awakens to futurist ideas and Jupiter attracts the ideas or unique offerings…. stimulated by Mars on these few days, keep your ears open, regular routines can be disrupted. Mars/Uranus energy can also translate as restlessness and unpredictability, so be aware of going too fast or making impulsive moves.
April 19th Taurus Season begins
April 20th Jupiter Uranus Conjunction Taurus 21 degrees-These two outer planets get together once every 13-14 years. Jupiter signifies growth, expansion, wisdom and opportunity. Uranus signifies sudden change, unexpected breakthrough and awareness of stagnant areas of our chart. When Uranus and Jupiter meet, we can be surprised by changes that are happening from new opportunities or new found freedom. We can feel a sense of shock at our sudden windfall of luck, or an unexpected meeting with someone very beneficial. In Taurus these two planets want a slower change, if possible, ruled by Venus in Aries at the conjunction, I think it will boil down to what you need instinctually. Jupiter and Uranus coming together will deliver a positive and upbeat new energy in the Taurus area of your chart that you didn’t know you needed until it arrives. That energy will be operating until the end of April and the first week of May.
April 23rd Full Moon in Scorpio 04 degrees
A Full Moon in Scorpio is a naturally emotionally deep Moon. We tend to tell it like it is, use talk therapy with our closest confidants or help someone in need. A good Moon to recycle or give away things we no longer need. In the Himalayas, the Scorpio Full Moon is traditionally a time to celebrate the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha (The festival of Wesak) This Scorpio Full Moon is square to Pluto in Aquarius. Square Aspects engage action and create challenges. Pluto in Aquarius wants to transform and reinvent emotional patterns and is eager to challenge the truth. April 28th Mars conjunct Neptune in Pisces 28 degrees
Mars is on a lower activity frequency in Pisces in general, it is more flexible and can make use of creative inspiration. When Mars connects to Neptune, an unexplained irritability can arise. Neptune dissolves, Mars wants to act, the connection is uncomfortable. Don’t push yourself on this day to get a lot done. Procrastination can be strong, it is a good day for serving others, volunteering or charity work. Steer clear of toxins in your body such as overdoing it with alcohol and sugar.
April 29th Venus enters Taurus
Venus is in her home sign of Taurus, where she is comfortable and content. Venus radiates her most positive energies through the month of Taurus. Attraction, assistance, love, compassion, helpfulness and connectivity are Venus keywords. April 30 Mars enters Aries -The energy is back at the wheel with Mars back in the home of Aires. A fire element Mars is courageously looking to move forward.
